RELIABILITY

With first-class components of the industry and scientific and reasonable structural design,

High-power mini excavator special engine
· With YANMAR special engine with rated power of 11.5kW which meets the emission requirements of Stage III of China’s Non-road Mobile Machinery Diesel, the high-power and low-noise design
is conducive to environmental protection and health.

Core component
· The first-class resources of the industry are adopted for all the core components. Based on the R&D system of the Lovol Japan Engineering Center, we have established a solid partnership with world-famous enterprises to continuously optimize and improve the quality and life of components, giving priority to engine, pump, valve, motor and oil cylinder.

Rigorous test and experiment
· Conducting 4000 hours of more than 80 test items such as professional reliability test, electromagnetic interference test, oil tightness test, air tightness test and rain test on 2 trial
production machines, a solid foundation is laid for the reliability of the whole machine in a variety of harsh conditions. The digging force, walking speed, digging speed, etc. are tested in strict accordance with national standards.

Reinforced working device
· Cast steel structure is used for key parts such as the arm front fork, rear seat and side advancing support; The bucket and stick is designed with reinforcement plates of wear-resistant material.

Key structural parts
· With continuously optimized design, stress testing, welding process and sheet metal research to comprehensively improve the life of key structural parts;
· As advanced hollow box structure, high-strength steel plate with cast steel structure are adopted for the arm, supplemented by robot welding technology, the reliability is higher;
· As NM400 wear-resistant steel plates are adopted for the key parts of the bucket rod and bucket, the service life is 30% higher than that of ordinary materials.

Ruggedized chassis structure
· We are the first in China to adopt the concealed design of the chassis pipeline, the hose life is longer under the harsh operating
environment;
· With leading structural design, and using the shape steel to make the chassis extensible canopy, the reliability is higher;
· As the traveling motor seat adopts cast steel structure, which greatly reduces the stress level, the service life is longer.

FLEXIBLE

Combing tailless small rotation with the arm side shifter, the operation in a small space is flexible.

Arm side shifter
· With arm side shifter to realize device, so that it is not necessary to frequently move the machine body, it is really suitable for
the boundary (wall root, etc.) operation in a small space.

Extensional chassis and dozer blade
· The chassis can be extended by simple operation. The narrowest width of the chassis is only 990mm, with the width-adjustable dozer
blade; it is more suitable for narrow places.

Concealed design of vehicle piping
· With concealed design of the working device and the chassis hose, they will not scratch in a narrow environment, and the operation is more flexible.

Top design of arm oil cylinder
· The arm oil cylinder is placed on the upper side, the operating range is larger, and the cylinder is not easy to bump.

Leading smoothness
· With hydraulic simulation technology, smooth circuit design and extended handle, the softness of the whole machine is improved;
· With Lovol exclusive customized main control valve core, the micromanipulation is more precise.

Split disassembled cab
· The cab can be quickly disassembled using a simple tool. The whole machine is less than 1.5m in height after disassembly, making the whole machine more passable.

Tailless design
· The tail turning radius of the whole machine is only 640mm. With tailless miniature design, when the upper body turns, it will not exceed the total width of the body, so the operation is more free and flexible.

Equipped with two-speed travel motor
· With two-speed travel motor, the operation is more flexible.
